Following the liberation of Tal Sultan and the nearby villages in eastern Idlib, the Tiger Forces and their allies forced militants to retreat from theareas of Tal Fokhar, Wasitah Sharqiyah and Wasitah Gharbiyah.
Thus, the Tiger Forces entered the southern Aleppo countryside and are now advancing in order to clear the remaining militant-held area northeast of Abu al-Duhur. This will allow government forces to shorten the frontline in the area and to prepare for a push towards the key town of Saraqib.
