Former US President Donald Trump’s campaign chief, Paul Manafort, and his business associate, Rick Gates, returned to the U.S. Courthouse in Washington DC on Tuesday, following Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s proposal to set a trial date related to the Russian probe for May 14.
