The sources said that the army men advanced against the Al-Nusra towards Beit Jinn Farm and took control of Naba’a al-Manbaj and deployed 800 meters away from Sheikh Abdullah Maqam and building blocks in Beit Jinn Farm.
The sources said that a large number of Al-Nusra terrorists were killed or wounded in the attacks, adding that the army has tightened siege on terrorists’ main supply line between Beit Jinn Farm and the small town of Mughur al-Mir.
In the meantime, the army’s missile units targeted a military vehicle of the Al-Nusra in Beit Jinn Farm, killing the terrorists on board.
Relevant reports said on Sunday that the army men engaged in a fresh round of clashes with the Al-Nusra in Southwestern Damascus and pushed them away from Khirbet Harqal near al-Hanaker Northeast of Harfa on the slopes of Jabal (mount) al-Sheikh near the border with Quneitra province.
Khirbet Harqal was one of the main strongholds of Al-Nusra in al-Haramoun Tajamo region from which the terrorist group’s mortar and missile units were targeting the villages of Harfa and al-Maqrouseh.
The army men imposed full military control over Beit Jinn Farm and its road to the town of Beit Jinn after taking back Khirbet al-Harqal.
