President of Moldova Igor Dodon is the most popular politician in the country. This is evidenced by the data of a sociological poll conducted by the Institute of Marketing and Interviews (IMAS) commissioned by the ruling Democratic Party of Moldova.
“Respondents were asked to rate the performance of politicians on a ten-point system. President Igor Dodon received seven or more points in 36% of cases,” Tass quotes the Spokesperson of the Democratic Party of Moldova, Vitaly Gamurar.
He noted that Prime Minister Pavel Filip and chairman of the opposition Action and Solidarity Party Maya Sandu, who collected 33%, are on the second line.
Earlier, Dodon promised to block the bill limiting the Russian media.
