“All this time, the international coalition was focused on countering Syrian government forces, up to direct bombing of their positions in the same Deir Ez-Zor. For three years of its existence, the “coalition” only recently achieved the first “result” in the fight against ISIS in Syria – destroying Raqqa along with civilians with massive bombing,” the report said.
