Russian military police found militants workshop for the production of weapons in Aleppo

The Russian military police discovered workshops of the terrorist group “Islamic State” for the production of weapons in Syrian Aleppo. The military police were going to a place they had to check before carrying out a humanitarian operation. In one of the areas the column was stopped by local elders and reported that militants and their commanders lived here.

The military found a network of workshops for the production of weapons: machine tools, explosives, striking elements and ready-made components. All this the terrorists left during the offensive of the Syrian government troops with the support of the Russian Aerospace Forces.

Russian military police have also found a large number of notebooks with records and literature. Among the papers were found instructions on the use of the American anti-tank missile system Dragon.

Russian military police ensured the arrival of EOD specialists and Syrian special services, and jointly took out dangerous items. This gave people the opportunity to return to their homes.
