Serbian President Alexander Vučić, during a meeting with Speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko, confirmed that the country will remain neutral militarily.
“I recently said at a meeting in Brussels that Serbia will remain neutral in the military terms,” Vučić said on Tuesday.
He also stressed that Serbia is very grateful to Russia, the Russian leadership for the supply of MiG-29 military aircraft. “Serbia thanks to this remains a safer state,” the president said.
He expressed confidence that there will always be an opportunity to increase the level of cooperation between Belgrade and Moscow.
