According to media reports, the arrested Islamist conducts propaganda from the prison in Berlin.

He uses a registered social networking account for Facebook under the nickname Aliasnamen, the Berliner Morgenpost newspaper reported on Friday. Security officials and the judiciary report that the records of the arrested Islamist Mohamed A. were written in prison.

The Berlin Justice Department told the newspaper that it would not be able to give a certificate for individual prisoners for reasons of data protection.
