At least 400 people gathered near the Ukrainian Parliament on Sunday in a rally organized by Mikhail Saakashvili, the former president of Georgia and the former governor of Odessa region in Kiev.
People set up tents, brought water, chanted slogans, supporting Saakashvili. The rally was monitored by 700 police officers.
