US Congress proposed to cooperate with Russia in the fight against terrorism

The United States needs to create an alliance with India, Japan and Russia to jointly combat terrorism, said US Congressman Dana Rohrabacher. According to him, currently the main world threat is terrorism.

Rohrabacher considers, that cooperation between the USA, Russia, India and Japan where no country will aspire to dominate, will allow to make the world more safely. As the Congressman stressed, if before the main “threat to universal security” was the USSR, today Russia must become a US partner in the fight against terrorism.
