Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro met with Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko in Minsk on Thursday, during a state visit to the Belarusian capital.
The two leaders discussed topics venturing from trade and economic cooperation to the implementation of bilateral projects. They also talked on the development of cooperation in the fields of agriculture, construction, oil and gas.
