Germany: AfD candidate criticises govt’s refugee policies at electoral rally

Around 200 people gathered for the AfD election rally in the town centre of Lutherstadt Eisleben in Saxony-Anhalt, on Friday evening. Candidate for the upcoming German elections Alexander Gauland and Saxony-Anhalt member of Parliament for the AfD Andre Poggenburg spoke to the crowd.

During their speeches Gauland and Poggenburg both spoke about increased migration of Syrian refugees to Germany, something that Poggenburg deemed “a crime against the German people.”
