Petition for Trump: Some 70,000 ask the US president to recognize Soros as a terrorist and withdraw assets

About 70,000 Americans signed a petition to US President Donald Trump with a request to recognize billionaire George Soros as a terrorist. The petition is posted on the website of the White House.

To date, 70,000 people have signed the petition, so for its consideration, the White House has to receive another 30,000 signatures before September 19, 2017.

The text of the petition states that “George Soros intentionally and on an ongoing basis tried to destabilize and commit other acts of violence against the United States and its citizens.”

In this regard, according to the signatories of the petition, “the US federal government and the Ministry of Justice must immediately proclaim George Soros and all his organizations and their members terrorists” and “withdraw all his personal property and assets under the Law on Confiscation of Civil Property.”

George Soros is an American financier and investor, often referred to as a financial speculator. Soros also actively engages in politics, sponsors various organizations “in support of democracy” around the world. His funds were repeatedly accused of organizing a change of power in a number of states.
