Death Toll in Catalonia Attacks Climbs to 15

The death toll in Catalonia attacks has reached 15, the Catalan government interior minister said on Monday.

​On Thursday, a van mowed down a crowd of pedestrians in the central Ramblas area in Spain’s tourist resort of Barcelona. The infamous terrorist group Daesh has already claimed responsibility for the attack. Hours after the tragedy, another vehicle attack took place in the coastal town of Cambrils, south of Barcelona.
