Death toll in Catalan terrorist attacks rises to 14

Death toll in terrorist attacks in Barcelona and Cambrils rises to 14, according to the Catalan emergency services.

At least 14 people died in result of van attacks in two Catalan cities of Barcelona and Cambrils, Catalan emergencies service reports citing the Health Ministry.

On Thursday, a van mowed down a crowd of pedestrians in the central Ramblas area in Spain’s tourist resort of Barcelona. The infamous terrorist group Daesh has already claimed responsibility for the attack. Hours after the tragedy, another vehicle attack took place in the coastal town of Cambrils, south of Barcelona.
