Police dispersed a group of people attempting to join Peoples’ Democratic Party’s (HDP) ‘Conscience and Justice’ march by using tear gas and rubber bullets in Istanbul, Sunday.
As the group attempted to join the HDP march, police officers halted them by use of force.
The demonstrators demanded the release of HDP parliamentarians and journalists who are currently imprisoned in Turkey.
