Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Federica Mogherini met on the sidelines of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Regional Security Summit in Manila, Monday.
Reportedly, Lavrov and Mogherini discussed relations between Russia and the EU, as well as the conflicts in Syria and Ukraine.
The last time Lavrov and Mogherini met was in early July in Brussels.
