Tourists from Germany and Norway will come in Crimea Autumn

In autumn, Crimea will be visited by delegations of tourists from Norway and Germany. This was announced by the chairman of the National-cultural autonomy of the Germans of Crimea, deputy chairman of the committee on interethnic relations of the State Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yuri Hempel at a press conference in the multimedia press center of the MIA “Russia Today” in Simferopol.

“We recently made an agreement, in October a group comes from Norway, at the end of September – from Germany,” he said, adding that tourists will come to the peninsula within the framework of the “People’s Diplomacy” project.

At the same time, Hempel noted that with each new visit of German delegations to the Crimea “the qualitative composition of the people’s diplomats is getting higher and higher.” “These are politicians, public figures, athletes, and political scientists, so I think we are doing the right and necessary work for the two countries – Russia and Germany,” he stressed.

The public official also recalled that the main goal of the project “People’s diplomacy” is the breakthrough of the information blockade. “And, of course, the conclusion of treaties on friendship and cooperation, including in the field of culture and business,” he added, noting that in recent years, within the framework of this project, about 180 delegates from Germany visited the Crimea.
