At 01.50 on 01.08.2017, the result of the explosion of an unknown explosive device, in the center of Luhansk, at the address: 79 Sovetskaya Street. According to preliminary data, the monument to the “Defenders of Luhansk” was damaged.
This was reported by a source in the law enforcement agencies of the LPR.
The nature of the damage: the charge is placed under the right side of the “Militia”, between the chest and the LPR map. Part of the monument to the “Militia” from the groin to the neck was destroyed. Operational groups of the Ministry of Internal Affairs departed to the scene of the incident.
There are no casualties among civilians and servicemen.
