Serbia won’t allow forced returning of migrants

Serbia is not covered by the Dublin agreement, and it won’t allow forced returning of migrants to its territory, Serbian Defense Minister Alexander Vulin stated today.

That was an answer to journalist’s question related to the European Court’s decision to allow Austria and Slovenia to return migrants to Croatia.

“Let it be decided within the EU,” Vulin said, reminding that Serbia is not part of the European Union, and therefore can not be part of the agreements within this organization.
