Syria: Russian troops deliver humanitarian aid in Hama

Russian servicemen of the Center for the Reconciliation of Warring Parties conducted a major humanitarian action in the Syrian province of Hama. Servicemen brought 800 food sets in the Maardas village, writes RenTV.

The need for assistance is due to the fact that the settlement recently ended fighting. In Maardas, people are engaged in the reconstruction of the village.

The village several times passed from the hands of Syrian servicemen to the hands of the militants of the ISIS organization, banned in Russia – extremists used armored vehicles, artillery and suicide bombers on mined vehicles.

At present, terrorists were thrown back from the village by 15 kilometers.
