UKRAINIAN COURT CONSIDERS CHILD FOR CRITICISM OF AUTHORITY IN SOCIETY

Aleksey Zhuravko, the former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine referring to the Ukrainian edition of “Noviny Holoi Pristani” reported that the child in the Kherson region was convicted for “separatism”.

“According to Ukrainian media, in the city of Novaya Kakhovka, a minor girl was sentenced by a court for allegedly distributing materials that she called for separatist actions,” he writes on the web.

The court decided to approve the agreement and recognize the accused as guilty of committing a criminal offense under Art. 110 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and assign to her punishment in the form of 3 years imprisonment without confiscation of property.

“A resident of New Kakhovka suffered for her behavior in social networks,” the Ukrainian newspaper writes.
