The special services of Ukraine planned to commit another terrorist act on the territory of the Luhansk People’s Republic. Once again the objects of their interest were the representatives of the OSCE monitoring mission.
The car VAZ-2101 with the Vinnytsia region numbers was found in a forest belt along a country road. During the inspection of the vehicle, were found and seized special insignia of the Ukrainian army and video recorder, which was put out of order.
Ministry of State Security specialists managed to restore the data. The materials received from the video device testify to preparations for an attempt on the representatives of the OSCE monitoring mission.
Presumably, one of the members of the group, recorded on the NVR, is involved in car bomb attack of observers on April 23, 2017 in the village of Prishib, the Slavyanoserbsky district of the Luhansk People’s Republic.
In the course of careful study of video materials it was established that the Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group was monitoring the routes of the international observers’ travel. The security officers discovered a mine on one of the video.
Previously, explosive devices, allegedly installed by the same sabotage group, were discovered and harmless rendered by representatives of the Armed forces of the Lugansk People’s Republic.
