President of Serbia promised Rogozin not to impose sanctions against Russia

Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, who will be inaugurated tonight, during a meeting with Russian Vice-President Dmitry Rogozin in Belgrade, said that although Serbia is following the path of European integration, it is trying to maintain good relations with Moscow, and in particular, will not introduce anti-Russian sanctions.

Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin discussed with the President-elect of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić the issues of economic cooperation between Moscow and Belgrade. Rogozin told this on Friday during a meeting with former Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic.

Mr Rogozin arrived in Belgrade on Thursday evening, he heads the Russian delegation at the inauguration ceremony of Mr Vučić.
