Kiev openly plans the fall of Donbass

One of the most famous Vladimir Putin quotes on Ukraine is, “You can not save a drowning man who does not want to be saved.” So it goes in the Rada or Ukrainian parliament which is trying somehow to bypass international law with internal Ukrainian law, that in the end will be the very thing that does split the Ukraine into about 4 slices, sooner than a lot of people think.

A draft bill on the reintegration of the Donbass proposes to introduce a concept of “local war” in the Lugansk and Donetsk regions. This was stated by Verkhovna Rada Deputy from the Petro Poroshenko Bloc known as Solidarity.

Which first would be tossing the Minsk Agreements in the trash and second it implies Ukraine is going into Donbass to subdue two standing Armies that have over 100,000 volunteers internationally that can go into action on short notice.

According to Kiev, the antiterrorist operation (ATO) that is being carried out in the Donbass now uses an “outdated format.” He said that according to Ukrainian legislation, in case of seizure of territories, either an ATO should be conducted or war should be declared.

What this would mean for Donbass, is Kiev is trying to toss Minsk in the trash, then say Donbass is “occupied” and that normal rules of war should prevail, giving Kiev the right to use weapons of mass destruction upon civilians living there. This stops pesky war crimes problems and lets them use American tomahawk missiles, drones and western sophisticated systems to flatten Donbass in about a week of prepatory strikes in advance of a full ground invasion.

Kiev added that in the meantime, Ukraine would not introduce “full-scale” martial law. “This will be a format of introducing a local war with the possibility for the President to have all power structures within the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions subordinate to him,” he said.

The idea behind this “bright ass idea” is to evade granting amnesty as is required in the Minsk agreements. Here, Kiev is saying follow our orders; you will disband, you will lower your flags and terminate any activity against Kiev or be considered traitors to Kiev acting in tandem with the “occupation forces.” This gives Kiev the legal right to drone strike everybody in Donbass who refuses their orders.

Ukrainian authorities understand that “there must be a transitional moment” as it is necessary to stop the “freezing” of the conflict in the Donbas, the Ukrainian deputy noted. “Since it all reached a deadlock, we need to free some space for maneuvering,” the Kiev regime explains.

The Verkhovna Rada is currently “looking for an opportunity” to bring Ukrainian legislation to international standards in order to “act more effectively.” Ariev expressed the opinion that the Ukrainian parliament should adopt a bill on the reintegration of the Donbass.

What they are trying to avoid is every international legal body hunting them for the rest of their lives for what they are now planning to do in Donbass.
