The American Ministry of Finance published an expanded sanctions list, which included new Russian individuals and legal entities, including the private military company Wagner, the company of billionaire Evgeny Prigozhin Concord Catering and a number of Russian officials.
Commander of the “Wagner” Dmitry Utkin, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia Sergei Nazarov, the Russian President’s special representative for cooperation with organizations representing the interests of Russians abroad Alexander Babakov have appeared in the list.
From legal entities, the list included the Central Republican Bank of the DPR, Concord Catering Prigogine, IFD Kapital, Industrial Savings Bank, private military company Wagner, Chernomortransneft, Far Eastern Construction Directorate, Giprotruboprovod, Transneft’s non-state pension fund and a number of other Companies of this pipeline operator, as well as the project management center “Eastern Siberia – Pacific Ocean”.
Recall, the US is also considering the possibility of imposing new sanctions on Russia, but the consideration of the bill is suspended against the backdrop of a sharply negative reaction from Europe.
