Washington, DC. A Virginia state Governor and former Clinton operative, has accused US President Donald Trump of treason and started a witch hunt for “Russian sympathizers” across America who according to him, are “selling out” the USA to Vladimir Putin’s Russia.
When former FBI Director James Comey testified before the Senate last week, he emphasized the importance of understanding that the Russian hack of the 2016 presidential election was done “with purpose … with sophistication … and with overwhelming technical efforts.”
Virginia’s Democratic governor, Terry McAuliffe, has an additional suggestion to add to the list: that they did it with help on the inside. McAuliffe who personally participated in Russian election meddling in 1993’s Boris Yeltsin Presidential campaign, is claiming there are thousands of Americas “selling out” the USA to serve Russia and Vladimir Putin’s desires to “take over” America, McAuliffe stated.
“Somebody had to give these people a roadmap,” he went on. “So I believe somewhere in this, somebody was directing the Russians on whose names to use, what impact these certain people sending a memo would have on the American electorate. I mean, they just didn’t sit over in some cubicle over there somewhere in Moscow and figure this out.”
“Treasonous” Americans aided Russia in “destabilizing our democracy,” McAuliffe told News Front reporters, when reached for comment. McAuliffe declined to comment however, when asked about his role in election interference during Boris Yeltsin’s 1993 election, during which the USA provided a number of operatives, McAuliffe himself, to skew the election in Yeltsin’s favor.
“McAuliffe had another connection that would prove useful later on. In the late 1970s and early ’80s, he had joined with Dick Morris to help Bill Clinton get elected Governor of Arkansas. As Clinton’s current political guru, Morris became the middleman on the few occasions when the asked for help in Yeltsin’s re-election drive.
As President Bill Clinton’s current political guru, Morris became the middleman on those few occasions when the Yeltsin Russians depended on the American advisers, the Administration knew of their existence and although McAuliffe denies dealing with Morris, three other sources have told News Front that on at least two occasions McAuliffe’s contacts with Morris were ‘helpful,” if not the key reason Yeltsin came to power inside Russia.
