Syrian EOD specialists conduct mine clearing in Homs

Groups of Syrian sappers, prepared by Russian specialists, neutralize explosive objects in Homs, a city in the west of Syria, which was completely liberated from terrorists in May this year. Miners extract hundreds of explosive devices.

Explosive devices in the liberated Homs are literally everywhere – often landmines are disguised in electric boards, household appliances, any items on the street.

On average, for two hours of work, the miners find 10-12 improvised explosive devices, most of which are set for non-handling.
