Journalist Alexander Plyushchev on his website shared a video in which a black man talks about the impunity of refugees, the helplessness of the Germans and blames the German authorities for weakness.
According to the journalist, the material was sent to him by a friend from Germany. This video was distributed on the eve of elections to the local parliament through messengers, avoiding the popular Facebook and Youtube platforms, where it would surely be blocked. And it happened on Saturday, the day of silence.
