“In the morning, at 8:10 local time, I received information from Nikolaev that military equipment had been sent from the military range and loaded into a number of: 9 tanks, 12 guns, 13 armored personnel carriers, as well as ammunition and shells,” Alexey Zhuravko informed.
He noted that this echelon of military equipment was seen at 11:00 at the Kherson railway station.
