In Montenegro in the city of Cetinje, part of the parliament (without opposition, which boycotts the meetings) votes on the issue of joining NATO. Citizens protest against the possible entry into an unfriendly military bloc and against the decision of the authorities to make a historic choice without asking the will of the people in a free referendum.
