EOD specialists of the LPR People’s Militia liquidated two antitank mines and a trip wire near the site of the OSCE SMM car blast.
“During the inspection of the road along which the OSCE car moved, two more TM-62 (antitank) mines were discovered by EOD specialists using engineering reconnaissance equipment, which, by a lucky chance, did not detonate on April 23,” said Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko, the official spokesman for the defense ministry of the Republic.
