Employees of the Security Service of Ukraine banned the activities of the public organization “protection of minorities”. Journalists of the Ukrainian opposition newspaper Golos Pravdy referring to the head of the department for the protection of national statehood Viktor Kononenko wrote about this.
According to representatives of the SBU, members of the organization “protection of minorities” are guilty of advocating the expansion of the powers of the Western Ukrainian regions in economic and political spheres.
