Russia should refuse to participate in the song contest “Eurovision-2017” in connection with a ban from entring Ukraine of Russian participant Yulia Samoilova. This was stated by member of the Committee on International Affairs of the Federation Council Igor Morozov.
“In any case, we shouldn’t leave without response the decision of the Ukrainian authorities. Our step is to boycott the Eurovision, which takes place in a nationalist country”, Interfax quotes Morozov.
Earlier, a source in the Russian Foreign Ministry called the decision of the SBU on Samoilova cynical and inhuman.
