The humanitarian subgroup “also focused on 62 persons who are, according to Ukraine, accused of committing grave crimes,” the Donetsk News Agency quoted her as saying. “It was resolutely said to Ukraine that there would be no exchange without these 62 people. It was decided to exchange all the prisoners whose identity has been established in the all-for-all format.”
