According to journalists, this is done in order to arrest the opposition leaders before the decision in parliament on the issue of ratification of the Protocol on accession to NATO. The opposition, as is known, opposes this by demanding a referendum on such a significant issue.

An attempt to prepare agreements with the confession of guilt is all that remains to the prosecution, as there is no evidence of guilt, the material emphasizes.

In Montenegro, on the day of the parliamentary elections on October 16, 2016, there was an attempt of a coup d’état. The authorities blamed the opposition Democratic Front and Russia. In the DF they say that the coup was actually a dramatization aimed at influencing the election results.
