UN court hearing on Ukraine’s suit against Russia started in the Hague Court. Among the speakers was an American professor Harold Hongju Koh, who spoke on behalf of Ukraine.
“I’m not saying that all those who are fighting in the eastern Ukraine are terrorists. There is a clear definition of what terrorism is – it is an attack on civilians”, he said.
