The leader of the terrorist group “Islamic State” (outlawed in Russia) Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi addressed the militants with a farewell speech in which he admitted defeat of the terrorist organizations in Iraq and Syria.
“Al-Baghdadi called his speech a farewell, promoted it to the IS preachers and explained what was going on with the group”, reports Alsumaria channel.
The leader urged his supporters to move to the mountain remote areas of Iraq and Syria.
