German Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel sees no solutions to a number of crisis situations without the participation of Russia, writes Deutsche Welle.
“We discussed a number of crisis situations, but one thing is clear: none of these conflicts can not be solved without the participation of Russia, no matter how it’s role will be assessed”, Gabriel said.
He added that following the Trilateral contact group talks, held in Minsk, an “unexpected progress” has been achieved, especially in the area of preparedness of the conflicting parties to withdraw heavy weapons.
