Ukraine hasn’t received the support of the United Nations Security Council during a meeting over the situation in the city of Avdeevka, located near Donetsk, said Russia’s permanent representative to the UN Vitaly Churkin.
“They were supported only by the United Kingdom and the United States. The rest said that the Minsk agreements must be fulfilled”, he said. He also suggested that the worsening situation in Avdeevka can be a provocation, which aims to prevent the development of US-Russia relations.
