“The person is on the asylum centre’s roof. Police and rescue personnel are on location and the residents of the centre are being evacuated,” police wrote in a press release.
It was not immediately clear if the person making the threat was an asylum seeker.
The incident is taking place at Asylcentre Nyborg, which has room for up to 500 occupants.
