Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Russia is concerned about the assassination attempt on the LPR head Igor Plotnitsky as well as other events taking place in the Donbass.
“Of course, we are seriously concerned about what is happening in the Donbass: attacks especially of civil society are stepped-up, hospitals, schools and kindergartens are destroyed, OSCE observers fix this. I’m saying nothing about the assassination attempt on the head of the Luhansk People’s Republic Mr. Plotnitsky”, said minister.
Lavrov also noted the concerns with the increase of units of the armed forces of Ukraine on the contact line.
