An explosion hit the car of Igor Plotnitsky, head of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR), the republic’s police said on Saturday.
“An explosion took place in Luhansk today, a car of the LPR head, Igor Plotnitsky, was damaged”.
Two people are said to have sustained injuries. There is no information whether Plotnitsky was in the car at the moment of the blast.
