Donald Trump has suggested that US presidential rival Hillary Clinton should be recognised as the founder of so-called Islamic State. The Republican presidential nominee has made the case before that the policies of the Obama administration — with Clinton as secretary of state — led to the rise of ISIS.
“It was Hillary Clinton, that, she should get an award from them as the founder of ISIS.”
“Clinton should get an “award” from ISIS as the “founder” of the terrorist group”, he said.
