News Front’s war correspondent Alexander Kievskiy got under attack conducted by the Ukrainian soldiers near the town of Debaltsevo. He told about this on the phone.
“After dinner I in a group with other journalists moved toward Debaltsevo. Our task was to film the position of the LPR People’s Militia close to Uglegorsk in the so-called height 220, which recently was under storm of the Armed Forces of Ukraine”, has told News Front correspondent. “After a few minutes our location has been determined by the Ukrainian sniper”.
The journalist noted that they were wearing identifying marks “Press” and the Ukrainian sniper understood whom he fire. According to him, the Ukrainian side has already in the morning knew of the impending visit of the LPR journalists.
