It feels like a leading German Federal TV-channel ARD began to beat the bushes for meldonium probes in News Front journalists bodies.
Now ARD channel filmed a single five-minute story about News Front agency activities and has finally proved exactly to everyone that we are “propaganda”, and you know why?
Because we are volunteers on the informational front and call ourselves this way. Can you imagine, trying to speak negatively about us – they themselves call us, no more no less as volunteers. Yes, we really are free-will participants of the information war, who engaged in countering the lies which flows from the western propaganda sources.
Yes, News Front is the propaganda and as the head of agency Constantine Knyrik says: “Yes, we are propagandists but the question is – what exactly we propagandize? Our aim is to propagandize the truth and common sense: in this regard from the first days we are broadcasting live events and reports from the frontlines; for this we have a correspondent network of volunteers who are able to turn on a tablet or phone and without any montage to show events as they are. We can do this in Donetsk, Lugansk, Podgorica (Montenegro), Kiev (Ukraine), or even in Germany itself. But only in Donetsk and Lugansk we can do this without putting our volunteers at risk of persecution by the authorities. That is what we are propagandizing – a documentary truth. Yes, we show that if, for example, we do this in Kiev or Odessa, then our volunteers and journalists are persecuted, beaten up. Yes, we tell that Germany and some of the European countries are completely dependent on the US and NATO bases on their territory, which, in fact, are the occupation forces. Yes, this is the propaganda of truth. Truth, which is extracted with risk to life, health, and which is done on a voluntary basis (which ARD doesn’t deny itself).
The most interesting fact is that ARD journalists don’t even bother to look at the principles of News Front editorial policy, as if they’ve done it – it’d be possible to draw the right conclusions. We are able to publish whatever we want, observing the laws of the Russian Federation. Our experts are the people of different views and it’s time to ARD to remember the main principle of journalism – the freedom of speech. ARD did not say a word, that among our voluntary experts there’re dozens of residents of Kiev-controlled cities, as well as from many European countries, including Germany. Some of them are subjected to persecution just for telling inconvenient truth for someone.
The main difference between our agency and ARD itself is that our reporters shoot footage directly where the event occurs.
So before to accuse News Front in “propaganda” ARD for ordinary objectivity should come to Donetsk and together with our correspondents to visit Yasinovataya, for example, at the time when the AFU “fulfill” the Minsk agreements shelling from 152 mm caliber mortar.
In such a manner, for ARD probably it’s much “more correct” to draw conclusions from the photos in social networks and to create a five-minute film about the agency without even attempting to contact the media management. Perhaps it was OK from ARD “professionals” angle to film from behind “Alexey” and call him “former News Front employee” instead of contact with real agency staff who are publicly available.

So dear ARD staff, “propaganda” that we are doing is a bit complicated than just take the stranger and film him from behind calling as “former News Front employee”; to hold a live broadcast where on May 9, 2014 tanks crush people is a little complex than just type buzzwords and call it a document, as shown in your movie:
