NATO’s anti-Russian campaign allows the alliance to demand higher military spending from its member states, the Russian Foreign Ministry said Monday.
“There is no doubt that in the context of NATO’s apparent inability to make a significant contribution to countering the real threats of today, such as terrorism, unfolding an anti-Russian campaign allows the alliance to seek increased military spending from its member states,” the ministry said in a statement.
