Former Swedish Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Carl Bildt expressed his concern about recent developments in Macedonia on his Twitter profile.
“Developments in Macedonia are very worrying. The country must get back to European track. Respect agreements made.”, Bildt said in a Twitter post on Sunday.
Bildt is known for being well acquainted with the Balkan situation. He used to be an European special envoy to former Yugoslavia, high representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina and a United Nations Secretary-General’s Special Envoy for the Balkans.
