The organizers of the referendum in the Netherlands say that the vote is aimed at the Netherlands exit from the EU.
“We do not care about Ukraine, you have to understand this”, said the chairman of the organizing committee, historian Arjan van Dixhoorn.
“Referendum on the Netherlands exit from the EU is now impossible. In that case we’re grasping for any chance to put pressure on the relationship between the Netherlands and the EU”, explains Dixhoorn.
On April 6, in the Netherlands will be held a referendum which is advisory in nature. Experts point out that the will of the Dutch may affect the political position with regard to Ukraine in the EU member states.
