Tidal wave among Bulgarians had risen after president Rosen Plevneliev’s speech on behalf of Bulgaria. This time the reason was president’s statement during a meeting with Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko.
The Bulgarian President said he believes that the Crimea is Ukrainian and supposedly the Bulgarian people are in solidarity with him.
After such a statement the Bulgarians in the social networks have angrily condemned his words, saying “Forgive us, we are ashamed of our president, and his opinion is not the opinion of the Bulgarian people”.
